Supports wastewater Consent Decree compliance programs by tracking Sanitary Sewer Overflows, coordinating multidisciplinary workflows, monitoring regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance records and databases, analyzing data, preparing technical reports and regulatory submissions, communicating with clients, and identifying delays or process improvements.

Develop and manage detailed schedules for multiple heavy civil, infrastructure, and transportation projects. Review contractor and consultant schedules, analyze critical paths, assign resources, prepare cash flow and earned value reports, identify trends and milestones, assess field progress, and produce executive reporting, as-built schedules, and lessons-learned reports.
