The role focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment that improves attendance, retention, participation, and student achievement. Requires collaboration with internal departments, community partners, teachers, mentors, and student-facing staff.

Guides prospective students through application and registration using high-volume calls, texts, and emails. Follows approved scripts, verifies required information, completes accurate registrations, documents every interaction, meets daily outreach and enrollment targets, maintains compliance, and escalates unclear eligibility, complaints, or system issues. The role requires consistent productivity, strong attention to detail, professional communication, and accurate system updates.
