Own the architecture, development, production operation, observability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure supporting autonomous AI agents. Build resilient backend systems using Go and modern cloud technologies, take products from inception through scale, manage failure scenarios, and ship rapidly in an ambiguous, high-accountability environment.

Build, deploy, and operate production AI agents for customer support and back-office workflows. Responsibilities include designing prompts and tool flows, integrating APIs and data sources, creating evaluation suites, curating datasets, analyzing customer data, monitoring agent performance, prototyping generative AI solutions, and contributing to shared AI platform standards.
