Build scalable messaging and customer advocacy programs while helping establish the company as a category-defining enterprise marketing platform.

Develop and launch AI-powered applications and services from prototype through production. Build paid media integrations, work with APIs and external systems, make full-stack technical decisions, and collaborate with product and AI research teams. The role requires independently solving ambiguous problems, rapidly validating ideas, and delivering scalable, reliable software for enterprise customers.

Lead the technical direction and hands-on execution of Gradial’s platform infrastructure. Own production reliability, scalability, security, performance, cost, observability, and developer experience. Evolve Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment foundations while leading major platform initiatives. Establish reliability and operational standards, resolve scaling risks, improve incident response, and mentor engineers through architecture reviews and collaboration.

Lead complex backend engineering initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through production. Architect scalable, reliable systems supporting AI-driven workflows, real-time inference, tool orchestration, and long-running processes. Build new systems, evolve existing architecture, make technical decisions, and own testing, deployment, observability, and operations. Partner with product and design, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards while remaining hands-on in implementation.

Own Gradial’s end-to-end data platform, including Postgres modeling, multimodal indexing and search, production pipelines, warehouse architecture, governed metrics, and self-service analytics. Establish data quality, contracts, observability, and customer lifecycle instrumentation while setting the platform roadmap and making scalable build-versus-buy decisions. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong architecture judgment, and collaboration across engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams.

Own and execute demand generation and account-based marketing programs for strategic enterprise accounts. Build targeted, multichannel campaigns; partner with Sales on account selection, buying-group intelligence, outbound strategy, and pipeline acceleration. Develop seller enablement, measurement frameworks, repeatable playbooks, and scalable processes. Evaluate engagement, meetings, qualified pipeline, conversion, and program performance using CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and intent platforms.

Lead technical and solution strategy for strategic enterprise sales opportunities, from discovery through validation and close. Design workflows, demos, proofs of concept, business cases, and solution architectures for complex marketing technology environments. Partner with Sales, engineering, product, and implementation teams while establishing repeatable pre-sales processes, use cases, and handoff standards. Engage executive and technical stakeholders across marketing, IT, engineering, architecture, and information security.

Lead end-to-end implementations of an LLM-driven platform for enterprise customers: perform technical discovery, build integrations and reusable tools, deploy and optimize features, collaborate with product and customer stakeholders, and maintain performance, reliability, and documentation.

Build integrations with CMS/DAM/workflow systems, develop reusable adapters and configuration layers, and optimize performance, reliability, and customer UX.
