Build integrations with CMS/DAM/workflow systems, develop reusable adapters and configuration layers, and optimize performance, reliability, and customer UX. Translate complex marketing operations into scalable generative-AI solutions and collaborate closely with customers and product/engineering teams.

Lead architecture and technical vision for AI-native systems that convert natural language into multi-step workflows. Lead and build Gradial's Canadian sales organization: create enterprise pipeline, manage complex deals with senior marketing and technology leaders, partner cross-functionally to develop market presence, and hire and scale the regional sales team while providing customer and product feedback.

Own and improve the reliability, scalability, and operational health of Gradial's production platform. Lead Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and operational tooling. Drive performance, cost, security, and platform readiness in partnership with engineering teams.
