Create product-led motion that communicates UI interactions and product value across demos, social videos, launches, and brand moments. Own video production from edit to final delivery (sound, color, finishing). Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Design, and Brand to translate features into clear visual narratives while managing multiple projects and improving motion systems and workflows.

Build and scale Gradial's practitioner community and invitation-only Frontier CMO Council: define strategy, launch programs, run digital and in-person experiences, manage platforms (Slack), measure engagement and business impact, and partner cross-functionally to drive member growth, advocacy, and product insights.

Lead and build Gradial's Canadian sales organization: create enterprise pipeline, manage complex deals with senior marketing and technology leaders, partner cross-functionally to develop market presence, and hire and scale the regional sales team while providing customer and product feedback.
