Lead territory market penetration and customer retention; analyze industry trends and competitor activity; develop partnerships and recruit/maintain accounts; provide retail marketing guidance, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with GMS and safety systems. Requires travel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment. Work includes PLC and CNC troubleshooting, preventive and demand maintenance, equipment installation/startup, safety compliance (LOTO, NFPA 70E, NEC), recordkeeping, and training/leading other maintenance technicians to maximize equipment efficiency.
