Lead territory market penetration and customer retention; analyze industry trends and competitor activity; develop partnerships and recruit/maintain accounts; provide retail marketing guidance, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with GMS and safety systems. Requires travel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage and perform structural and stress analyses (FEA and hand calculations), validate test results, guide designers and lab stress testing (strain gauges), document certification and test evidence, investigate field failures, and support engineering documentation across heavy equipment products.

Support manufacturing engineering by maintaining item master data, BOMs, routings, and ECN implementation. Create work orders, track revisions, manage inventory disposition (scrap/rework/obsolete), run ECN meetings, and develop/process documentation and ISO procedures to ensure production schedule attainment and inventory accuracy.
