Operate and maintain reverse units, power swivels, pits, and related equipment; coordinate equipment movement; calculate pump, displacement, volume, weight, and pipe requirements; conduct safety meetings; support customer well-site decisions; follow regulatory and company requirements; and respond to customer needs around the clock. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, rig-site travel, heavy equipment, irregular hours, and required safety screening.

Supervise and direct wellbore fishing operations on drilling, workover, or pulling unit rigs. Ensure safety, plan and manage equipment, coordinate with contractors and customers, report daily on operations, costs, and equipment condition, and enforce company procedures.

Be available 24/7 to respond to customer needs.

Supervise and operate reverse unit, power swivel, pit and related equipment for oil and gas well services. Ensure safe, regulatory-compliant operations, equipment movement, maintenance, job calculations, and accurate recordkeeping while supporting customer procedures and responding to needs 24/7.

Coordinate inbound/outbound communications, schedule service and rental jobs, process equipment and paperwork, maintain job logs, prepare billing documents, support shipping/delivery planning, and ensure correct downhole tool selection per customer and DOT rules.
