Supervises safe and efficient reverse-unit operations during well servicing. Operates and maintains equipment, calculates pumping and displacement requirements, coordinates equipment movement, conducts safety meetings, follows customer and regulatory procedures, supports well-site decisions, and responds to customer needs. The role requires outdoor, physically demanding work around rigs and heavy equipment, irregular hours, travel to rig sites, and 24-hour availability when scheduled.

Supervise and direct wellbore fishing operations on drilling, workover, or pulling unit rigs. Ensure safety, plan and manage equipment, coordinate with contractors and customers, report daily on operations, costs, and equipment condition, and enforce company procedures.

Ensure safe operations, follow customer procedures, maintain compliance with DOT/local/state/federal rules, keep accurate records, perform equipment maintenance/repairs, calculate pump requirements and make job decisions. Be available 24/7 to respond to customer needs.

Supervise and operate reverse unit, power swivel, pit and related equipment for oil and gas well services. Ensure safe, regulatory-compliant operations, equipment movement, maintenance, job calculations, and accurate recordkeeping while supporting customer procedures and responding to needs 24/7.
