Teams at Graco Fishing & Rental Tools, Inc.

Coordinate inbound/outbound communications, schedule service and rental jobs, process equipment and paperwork, maintain job logs, prepare billing documents, support shipping/delivery planning, and ensure correct downhole tool selection per customer and DOT rules.

Supervise and execute wellbore fishing operations on drilling, workover, or pulling rigs; ensure safety, direct rig crew during tool operations, manage equipment, coordinate with customers and Graco management, and report daily on operations and costs.

Supervise and operate reverse unit, power swivel, pit and related equipment for oil and gas well services. Make safe operational decisions, implement customer procedures, ensure equipment movement, maintenance, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and respond to customer needs 24/7.
