Supervise safe and efficient reverse-unit operations during well servicing. Operate and maintain reverse units, power swivels, pits, and related equipment; coordinate equipment movement; calculate pump, displacement, volume, weight, and pipe requirements; conduct safety meetings; support customer well-site decisions; follow regulatory and company requirements; and respond to customer needs around the clock. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, rig-site travel, heavy equipment, irregular hours, and required safety screening.

Supervise and direct wellbore fishing operations on drilling, workover, or pulling unit rigs. Ensure safety, plan and manage equipment, coordinate with contractors and customers, report daily on operations, costs, and equipment condition, and enforce company procedures.
