Design, develop, support, and optimize full-stack PHP/MySQL/JavaScript applications for a high-volume eCommerce platform. Troubleshoot frontend, backend, and database issues, integrate third-party APIs and payment systems, apply OOP/OOD best practices, and improve performance, reliability, and development workflows (including AI tooling). Collaborate on architecture and feature delivery.

Lead and build the end-to-end technology stack for eCommerce, logistics, and internal systems. Define strategy and roadmap, scale engineering teams and distributed systems, implement cloud/DevOps and AI-assisted development workflows, ensure security and compliance, and establish data architecture and reporting to support rapid growth and operational efficiency.

Provide corporate legal support including SEC filings, corporate governance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising business stakeholders on risk and compliance, supporting transactions and due diligence, managing corporate records, coordinating outside counsel, and developing compliance policies.

Lead execution of marketing initiatives for PEW Logistics clients from strategy through delivery. Manage roadmaps, timelines, cross-functional coordination, client communication, website merchandising, email and promotional campaigns, and use PM tools to track status, risks, and improvements while driving accountability and process enhancements.
