The Corporate Controller leads financial reporting, close, SEC filings, SOX compliance, external audits, technical accounting, and accounting policy. The role manages the accounting and SEC reporting teams, oversees ERP and process automation, owns the department budget, and partners with FP&A, Treasury, Operations, Merchandising, and executives on forecasting, inventory, M&A, and public-company requirements.

Lead execution of marketing initiatives for PEW Logistics clients from strategy through delivery. Manage roadmaps, timelines, cross-functional coordination, client communication, website merchandising, email and promotional campaigns, and use PM tools to track status, risks, and improvements while driving accountability and process enhancements.

Record, classify, and reconcile operating expenses; prepare accruals, prepaids, and journal entries; support month-end close; analyze departmental spending; review AP and corporate card activity; prepare OPEX reports and support audits and process improvements.

Provide corporate legal support including SEC filings, corporate governance, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising business stakeholders on risk and compliance, supporting transactions and due diligence, managing corporate records, coordinating outside counsel, and developing compliance policies.

Serve as primary contact for manufacturers, distributors, and partners to build relationships, identify joint marketing opportunities, create proposals, document scopes and timelines, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage communications and billing, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Own day-to-day revenue and COGS accounting, prepare and reconcile revenue-related journal entries, ensure ASC 606 compliance, support month-end close and SOX controls, prepare audit-ready schedules for SEC filings, and partner cross-functionally to analyze variances and improve processes.

Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Maintain balance sheet, inventory, and fixed asset records; analyze variances; support audits; partner with AP/AR/payroll/operations; recommend process improvements and participate in accounting projects.
