Collaborates with marketing, implementation, customer success, and client teams while meeting fast deadlines and changing priorities.

Owns the strategy and daily execution of email and SMS campaigns for a firearms e-commerce business. Responsibilities include promotional calendars, copywriting, audience segmentation, personalization, automated journeys, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to increase engagement and revenue.

Record, classify, and reconcile operating expenses; prepare accruals, prepaids, and journal entries; support month-end close; analyze departmental spending; review AP and corporate card activity; prepare OPEX reports and support audits and process improvements.
