As a Campaign Manager, you will manage client accounts, implement SEO strategies, analyze performance metrics, and demonstrate ROI, while mentoring team members and resolving client issues.

Manage daily office operations, supplies, mail, packages, vendors, cleaners, events, and company-wide programming. Support co-founders with personal appointments, errands, and travel arrangements while coordinating with Executive Assistants and the People Team. Assist with employee experience, preboarding, welcome boxes, equipment shipping, and special projects. Serve as the primary office contact and maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet client goals. Handle client communications, present data-driven insights, run A/B tests and audience segmentation, and support attribution reporting. Oversee 8–10 accounts or $40K MRR, escalate and resolve performance issues, develop creative testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and execute operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
