Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including search, display, shopping, Performance Max, demand generation, and YouTube. Lead client calls, explain performance, recommend strategies, and support account growth and upselling. Collaborate with creative teams, optimize e-commerce product feeds, monitor industry trends, and provide cross-channel marketing insights. Manage multiple client accounts while tracking workflows and deadlines through project management tools.

As a Campaign Manager, you will manage client accounts, implement SEO strategies, analyze performance metrics, and demonstrate ROI, while mentoring team members and resolving client issues.

Manage daily office operations, supplies, mail, packages, vendors, cleaners, events, and company-wide programming. Support co-founders with personal appointments, errands, and travel arrangements while coordinating with Executive Assistants and the People Team. Assist with employee experience, preboarding, welcome boxes, equipment shipping, and special projects. Serve as the primary office contact and maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace.
