Assess symptoms, take clinical histories, diagnose, identify red flags, prescribe or manage treatment, determine when escalation or referral is needed, and provide safety-netting. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while working within scope, safeguarding requirements, and clinical governance standards. Candidates must be UK-registered pharmacists with Independent Prescribing qualifications and recent hands-on autonomous minor-illness experience.

Provide remote, evidence-based weight management consultations and prescribe repeat GLP-1 medications where clinically appropriate. Assess online patient consultations, identify contraindications and red flags, maintain records, follow GPhC standards and company SOPs, and counsel patients on treatment and guidelines.
