Provide autonomous remote primary-care consultations for patients with minor and acute illnesses. Assess symptoms, take clinical histories, diagnose, identify red flags, prescribe or manage treatment, determine when escalation or referral is needed, and provide safety-netting. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while working within scope, safeguarding requirements, and clinical governance standards. Candidates must be UK-registered pharmacists with Independent Prescribing qualifications and recent hands-on autonomous minor-illness experience.
