The Deployment Strategist will lead new customer launches for GovWell by managing implementations, ensuring onboarding, workflow design, and customer satisfaction in a client-facing role. Responsibilities include project management, providing feedback to product teams, and supporting a successful customer experience with up to 25% travel.

Lead customer implementations by configuring GovWell workflows, forms, automations, and process logic. Provide real-time Intercom support, partner with deployment strategists, iterate on configurations post-launch, identify recurring issues, and relay feedback to Product and Engineering to improve platform and adoption.
