We built a platform that changes that. Upload CC&Rs, reserve studies, budgets, or meeting minutes and get a structured analysis in minutes. Every claim links back to the original document page so users can verify it themselves. The platform flags underfunded reserves, special assessment risk, rental restrictions, deferred maintenance, and governance red flags. It also identifies what's missing from a document package - something general-purpose AI tools can't do. The core product includes CC&R analysis, reserve study analysis, meeting minutes analysis, and a conversational AI that answers natural language questions about any uploaded document with page-level citations.
