Supervise the quality assurance team across shift-based operations, coordinating daily workloads, audits, non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, and pick-line quality control. Promote food safety and quality standards, support QMS procedure development, oversee raw-material testing and shelf-life trials, and collaborate with production and technical teams. The role also includes team mentoring, rota management, performance improvement, and championing health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Prepares, packs, records, and dispatches recipe development, testing, photography, and PR boxes. The role involves collecting ingredients and materials, checking accuracy and availability, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining stock and traceability records, arranging shipments, and responding to urgent requests while following food safety, quality, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.

Maintains and troubleshoots high-speed production machinery, responds to stoppages, performs planned maintenance, replaces defective parts, and supports production operations. The role includes identifying machine components, maintaining records and SOPs, using SCADA and warehouse systems, conducting root-cause analysis, and leading continuous-improvement initiatives while meeting safety and performance standards.
