Teams at Gousto

Supports employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, family leave, probation, absence, flexible working, and offboarding. Responds to employee and manager queries, maintains accurate HR documentation and records, coordinates contractor administration and exit interviews, and contributes to process improvements. Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, People Services, People Partnering, and Employee Relations teams while providing a helpful employee experience.
