Supports employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, leave, probation, absence, offboarding, and exit interviews. Responds to employee and manager queries, maintains accurate HR documentation and records, coordinates contractor administration, and collaborates across People teams. Contributes to process improvements, policy updates, office activities, and employee experience initiatives while escalating complex matters appropriately.

Supervise the QA team across shift operations, coordinating audits, non-conformance corrective actions, pick-line quality control, and quality system updates. Lead team development, support production quality culture, and manage testing for new raw materials, including shelf-life, transit, and defrost trials. Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, GMP, health, safety, and environmental standards while collaborating with production and technical teams.

Lead team development, support QMS procedure updates, and manage quality testing for new raw materials, including shelf-life, transit, and defrost trials. Promote food safety, quality culture, and health and safety improvements while collaborating with production and technical teams.
