Lead a supply chain category, owning planning and operational performance to hit OKRs/KPIs. Mentor the team, manage supplier relationships, run root-cause KPI analysis, implement data-driven process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, mitigate disruption risks, and apply AI and advanced analysis to improve efficiency.

Lead the expansion of planning function by executing daily and weekly production schedules, facilitating capacity meetings, monitoring KPIs, improving forecast accuracy, driving labor planning and production scheduling, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with Technology, Operations and Growth to scale planning capabilities and reduce waste.

Lead section and team leaders on shift to meet KPIs (OTIF, stock accuracy, picking performance), ensure food safety (GMP), maintain equipment and WMS accuracy, coach and develop teams, drive safety and operational excellence.
