Supports college access programs serving Baltimore-area high school students and families. Coordinates recruitment, applications, tutoring, academic progress tracking, transportation, campus visits, residential programming, workshops, and special events. Maintains student databases and progress reports, assists with program evaluation, and serves as a liaison among campus partners, schools, community organizations, students, and families. Provides bilingual communication support as needed and ensures activities comply with safety and institutional policies.

Manages the college’s capital project portfolio from design through construction completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, project scopes, submittals, RFIs, contractors, consultants, inspections, and compliance. Coordinates design professionals, stakeholders, and government agencies; leads value engineering, construction meetings, and technical reviews. Provides recommendations on campus space needs, facilities projects, sustainability, policies, and building requirements while supporting senior leadership and fundraising efforts.

Provide clerical and administrative support for graduate and professional studies: greet visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule advising appointments, handle mailings and filing, reserve rooms, and support summer and limited residency programs and associated staff and students.

Lead campus Title IX and equity efforts: investigate reports of sexual misconduct and discrimination, implement interim protections, provide training, oversee Title IX policy administration, supervise TIX staff, coordinate accommodations and reporting, and support campus-wide outreach and programming.

Lead institutional research and reporting to support evidence-based planning and decision-making. Oversee data collection and federal/state reporting, design KPIs, dashboards, projections, and surveys, build data access systems, and partner across campus to present analyses and support institutional effectiveness and accreditation.
