Provide clerical and administrative support for graduate and professional studies: greet visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule advising appointments, handle mailings and filing, reserve rooms, and support summer and limited residency programs and associated staff and students.

Lead campus Title IX and equity efforts: investigate reports of sexual misconduct and discrimination, implement interim protections, provide training, oversee Title IX policy administration, supervise TIX staff, coordinate accommodations and reporting, and support campus-wide outreach and programming.

Supervise evening and weekend circulation desk operations, manage and train student assistants, process interlibrary loan requests, coordinate library social media, perform stacks maintenance, handle building openings/closings and patron or safety issues, and maintain records of daily activities.

Manage day-to-day operations of GPEP at a Maryland state prison, coordinating with prison staff, faculty, students, and volunteers. Oversee scheduling, course logistics, materials acquisition, clearances, and events. Serve as academic advisor for a subset of students and respond to emergencies to ensure successful program delivery.

Coordinate creation and approval of student accommodation plans, manage intake and records, run workshops on assistive technology and self-advocacy, support Testing Center escalations and IT needs, update policies, collect data for audits, and refer students to campus resources.

Lead institutional research and reporting to support evidence-based planning and decision-making. Oversee data collection and federal/state reporting, design KPIs, dashboards, projections, and surveys, build data access systems, and partner across campus to present analyses and support institutional effectiveness and accreditation.
