Provides HR administrative support including onboarding, mandatory training administration, tracking I-9 compliance, maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with special projects and research, and general HR team support. Position requires full-time graduate enrollment, up to 15 hours/week, tuition remission and $15/hour compensation.

The graduate assistant will coach swimming teams, conduct aquatic lessons, develop fundraising activities, and recruit student-athletes at Goucher College.

Provide clerical and administrative support for graduate and professional studies: greet visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule advising appointments, handle mailings and filing, reserve rooms, and support summer and limited residency programs and associated staff and students.

Lead campus Title IX and equity efforts: investigate reports of sexual misconduct and discrimination, implement interim protections, provide training, oversee Title IX policy administration, supervise TIX staff, coordinate accommodations and reporting, and support campus-wide outreach and programming.

Coordinate creation and approval of student accommodation plans, manage intake and records, run workshops on assistive technology and self-advocacy, support Testing Center escalations and IT needs, update policies, collect data for audits, and refer students to campus resources.

Lead institutional research and reporting to support evidence-based planning and decision-making. Oversee data collection and federal/state reporting, design KPIs, dashboards, projections, and surveys, build data access systems, and partner across campus to present analyses and support institutional effectiveness and accreditation.
