Candidates should demonstrate scholarship potential, inclusive and engaged pedagogy, and research suitable for a liberal arts college without a dedicated wet lab or vertebrate facility.

Leads Goucher College’s career and life design initiatives, integrating career education into curriculum and co-curricular activities. Oversees career office operations, internships, student employment, counseling, programming, budgets, assessment, and staff development. Builds employer and community partnerships to expand work-based learning and employment opportunities. Collaborates with faculty, staff, institutional research, marketing, and college leadership to measure and communicate program outcomes.

Manages the college’s capital project portfolio from design through construction completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, project scopes, submittals, RFIs, contractors, consultants, inspections, and compliance. Coordinates design professionals, stakeholders, and government agencies; leads value engineering, construction meetings, and technical reviews. Provides recommendations on campus space needs, facilities projects, sustainability, policies, and building requirements while supporting senior leadership and fundraising efforts.

Lead institutional research and reporting to support evidence-based planning and decision-making. Oversee data collection and federal/state reporting, design KPIs, dashboards, projections, and surveys, build data access systems, and partner across campus to present analyses and support institutional effectiveness and accreditation.
