Teams at Goucher College

Supports college access programs serving Baltimore-area high school students and families. Coordinates recruitment, applications, tutoring, academic progress tracking, transportation, campus visits, residential programming, workshops, and special events. Maintains student databases and progress reports, assists with program evaluation, and serves as a liaison among campus partners, schools, community organizations, students, and families. Provides bilingual communication support as needed and ensures activities comply with safety and institutional policies.

Manages the college’s capital project portfolio from design through construction completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, project scopes, submittals, RFIs, contractors, consultants, inspections, and compliance. Coordinates design professionals, stakeholders, and government agencies; leads value engineering, construction meetings, and technical reviews. Provides recommendations on campus space needs, facilities projects, sustainability, policies, and building requirements while supporting senior leadership and fundraising efforts.

Provide clerical and administrative support for graduate and professional studies: greet visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule advising appointments, handle mailings and filing, reserve rooms, and support summer and limited residency programs and associated staff and students.
