Own high-impact product problems and translate ambiguous business challenges into measurable opportunities, hypotheses, and experiments. Lead customer research, behavioral analysis, product discovery, and user experience improvements focused on activation, retention, conversion, and marketplace performance. Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and advance product practices.

Build and maintain GoTu’s marketing technology infrastructure, including HubSpot automations, AI-powered content and engagement workflows, attribution systems, data pipelines, integrations, and reporting. Troubleshoot root causes, document processes, support acquisition channels, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to create scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and growth.
