Manage and implement OSHA-compliant safety programs across Bay Area landscaping job sites, handle workers' compensation and vehicle claims, conduct training and inspections, maintain accident logs and reports, and promote a culture of safety.

Develop and close B2B commercial landscape maintenance contracts across an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking, client presentations, trade shows, and relationship building. Create a book of business, coordinate proposals to ensure profitability, and manage sales activities and events to drive new long-term HOA and commercial property accounts.

Drive new business growth across the Bay Area targeting distribution, manufacturing, and light industrial clients. Prospect daily through cold calls, networking, site visits, and events; build relationships with property and facility managers; present to clients and attend trade shows; collaborate with operations and estimating to create profitable solutions; manage a consistent sales pipeline to meet growth objectives.

Serve as the bridge between construction/field operations and IT: gather and document requirements, map processes, support ERP/CRM/field service and job-costing systems, lead UAT and configurations, drive process improvements and automation, develop training and change management, and deliver reporting and BI insights to improve operational execution.

Lead and manage the Maintenance Division accounting team, oversee daily accounting operations, month-end close, AP/AR, credit card management, financial reporting, process improvements, and staff development while supporting the Controller on special projects.

Support the sales team by managing contract preparation and tracking, scheduling meetings, drafting reports, maintaining contact databases, reviewing budgets versus proposals, preparing contracts and change orders, communicating with clients for documentation, coordinating marketing events, and assisting on special projects to ensure smooth sales operations.

Support 2–5 landscape maintenance crews (6–15 people) to meet contract standards. Set daily priorities with account manager, assist foremen, perform irrigation controller adjustments and repairs, lead small site upgrades, respond to field events, and ensure quick turnaround on client requests.

Manage commercial landscaping client portfolios and onsite operations: build client relationships, oversee production crews (dispatch, performance, scheduling), conduct site quality reviews, prepare proposals and bids, drive contract growth, and support branch goals for quality, retention, and profitability.

Provide advanced bilingual (English/Spanish) desktop support across multiple sites: diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, network, Exchange and AD issues; handle Zendesk incidents; manage MDM and mobile devices; assist with security remediation, documentation, projects, and occasional on-site/after-hours support.
