Lead sales growth for Gothic Landscape in Las Vegas by developing and executing sales strategy, mentoring a sales team, cultivating developer/contractor/property manager relationships, closing high-value construction projects, ensuring profitable pricing and seamless handoffs to operations, and representing the company at industry events.

Schedule and accept work orders, answer builder calls to arrange warranty or service dates, track logs and AWA/PO data in Excel, generate turnover maps, submit completed AWAs/POs to A/P for monthly financials, communicate about unpaid POs, track maintenance revenue, and travel occasionally to AZ/CA.

Manage commercial landscaping client portfolios and onsite operations: build client relationships, oversee production crews (dispatch, performance, scheduling), conduct site quality reviews, prepare proposals and bids, drive contract growth, and support branch goals for quality, retention, and profitability.
