Own the Las Vegas territory by generating leads, developing client relationships, closing business, and growing revenue. The Account Executive researches prospects, builds rapport with decision-makers, collaborates with operations on project handoffs, provides opportunity updates, and tracks industry trends. The role requires flexible hours for sales events and emphasizes strategic planning, problem-solving, and measurable business growth, preferably within construction, landscaping, commercial services, or related industries.

Lead and manage the Maintenance Division accounting team, oversee daily accounting operations, month-end close, AP/AR, credit card management, financial reporting, process improvements, and staff development while supporting the Controller on special projects.

Serve as the bridge between construction/field operations and IT: gather and document requirements, map processes, support ERP/CRM/field service and job-costing systems, lead UAT and configurations, drive process improvements and automation, develop training and change management, and deliver reporting and BI insights to improve operational execution.
