Packhouse Production Assistant performs hands-on packing, sorting, weighing, labeling, staging, inventory and cold storage organization, equipment handling, and cleaning while following GMP/GAP/food safety and sanitation procedures.

Perform hands-on packhouse and production tasks including sorting, packing to weight, discarding unacceptable product, supporting greenhouse operations, inventory and cold storage organization, labeling and staging, and following GMP/GAP and sanitation procedures. Physical role requiring lifting, standing full shifts, and work in varying temperatures.

Manage sourcing and procurement for a regional greenhouse group, optimize inventory flow, lead RQN-to-PO processing, run RFPs and negotiations, manage vendor performance, support inventory control and commercialization, and drive fulfillment and risk-mitigation strategies to meet KPIs for working capital, in-stock levels, savings, and vendor performance.

Perform manual post-harvest greenhouse tasks including sorting, packing, weighing, labeling, staging, transplanting and harvesting; assist with inventory, equipment handling, cold storage, and sanitation while following GMP/GAP and food safety procedures.

Supervise day-to-day packhouse production and inventory, enforce food safety and GMPs, train and manage packers, maintain logs and cooler FIFO, coordinate with harvest, sales, logistics and support equipment cleanliness and packing efficiency.

Onsite HR Manager responsible for full employee lifecycle at the Atlanta greenhouse: recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll/time approval, benefits enrollment, HRIS data management, employee relations, compliance (I-9, E-Verify, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, NLRA), KPI tracking, and partnership with facility leadership to execute local HR initiatives.

Perform full-time packing, QC sorting, weighing and inspection of leafy vegetables and herbs. Pack product into clamshells and trays at specified paces, report quality/pest issues, prepare product for boxing, assist with loading/unloading, and perform cleaning and sanitation while following FSQA, GAP/GMP, dress code, and PPE requirements.

Support VP of Strategic Finance and C-suite with financial reporting, budgeting, cash forecasting, KPI monitoring, cross-functional financial analysis, business cases, and support for M&A, fundraising, and due diligence.
