The role requires greenhouse production expertise, problem-solving, leadership, flexibility, and the ability to work weekends and independently in a fast-paced sustainable agriculture environment.

Lead packhouse team to meet production targets while enforcing GMP, food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards. Train and coach staff, manage equipment setup and SKU changeovers, maintain production schedules, track productivity metrics, complete QC documentation, and coordinate with Harvest/QC and Supervisors to ensure continuous, safe packing operations.
