Perform hands-on packing and quality sorting of fresh produce, weigh and label containers, assist greenhouse production and inventory, maintain sanitation and food-safety practices, handle supplies and equipment, and meet productivity standards.

Perform hands-on greenhouse production and packhouse tasks: harvest, sort, pack, label and stage fresh produce; maintain food safety and sanitation (GMP/GAP/SSOP); assist with inventory, equipment handling, and cleaning. Role requires manual labor, lifting, standing full shifts, and working in varying temperatures.

Supervise daily packhouse production, manage packers, maintain food safety and GMP compliance, keep production and temperature logs, support inventory/FIFO rotation, coordinate with harvest/sales/logistics, and maintain cleanliness and equipment. Hands-on role requiring leadership, training, and weekend/on-site work.
