Perform integrated pest management, support plant nutrition and recordkeeping, manage scouting, biological controls, fertilizer mixing, equipment calibration/maintenance, and upload growing and IPM data to dashboards. Ensure compliance with Worker Protection Standards and food safety recordkeeping while supporting weekly greenhouse operations.

Lead greenhouse crop production to meet yield and quality targets. Manage climate, irrigation, nutrition, IPM, schedules, equipment oversight, cost tracking, KPI documentation, and mentor two direct reports while driving continuous improvement.

Perform hands-on packhouse tasks including sorting, weighing, packing, labeling, staging, inventory and cold storage organization, and routine cleaning while following GMP/GAP/SSOP and company safety and food safety policies.
