Leads North American integrated brand marketing for O’Keeffe’s, including go-to-market strategy, campaigns, retail and media execution, consumer-led growth, agency partnerships, budget ownership, and ROI optimization. Collaborates across sales, finance, creative, supply chain, and regulatory teams while coaching brand management talent and driving sales, market share, commercialization effectiveness, and organizational capability.

Lead Total Rewards strategy through compensation governance, analytics, AI-enabled automation, and process optimization. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS to modernize merit and bonus planning, deliver workforce insights and dashboards, ensure compliance and governance, and improve scalability and operational excellence across compensation and rewards programs.

Lead design, deployment, testing, and support of commercial systems (initial focus on TPM). Partner with commercial stakeholders, manage enhancements, UAT, vendor relationships, documentation, and adoption to improve pricing, promotion, sales, and analytics processes.

Lead analytics and insights for Brand & Sales: design and deliver analytics projects, apply advanced statistical modeling, create visualizations, drive stakeholder adoption, and manage/mentor analytics talent to inform CPG retail strategy and assortment decisions.

Manage and grow key rural and hardware retail accounts (e.g., Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply). Develop channel plans, drive financial and brand growth, analyze POS and performance data, coordinate merchandising and planograms, forecast and support business planning, negotiate pricing, and execute customer-specific programs. Periodic travel may be required.

Leads category insights for the O’Keeffe’s brand by analyzing syndicated, retailer, and internal sales data. Develops reports, dashboards, category strategies, and sell-in stories focused on assortment, promotion, distribution, sales, and market share. Collaborates with Brand, Sales, SS&P, Data Science, Consumer Insights, and retailer teams to identify growth opportunities and communicate actionable recommendations. Periodic travel may be required.

Support Walmart sales team by analyzing POS, syndicated, and shopper data to create selling stories, evaluate promotions, quantify ROI and lift, manage item setup, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, and inform pricing and promotional strategy.
