Processes high-volume PO and non-PO invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves discrepancies, manages vendor data, executes payment runs, reconciles accounts, and supports financial close and compliance. The role also improves AP workflows through automation, Excel-based analysis, system testing, documentation, and collaboration with Finance and IT.

Manages HRIS configuration, implementations, upgrades, integrations, data integrity, reporting, analytics, compliance, audits, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Compensation, and Total Rewards teams to align HR technology with business needs and support workforce planning and performance management.

Maintains manufacturing and product data in Oracle ERP systems by processing approved engineering changes, updating work definitions, routings, BOM relationships, manufacturing attributes, job instructions, rework records, and production documentation. The role validates source information, manages approval workflows, performs data cleanup and audits, escalates discrepancies, and collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, packaging, planning, supply chain, and product development teams.
