Own the demand collaboration process: develop SKU-level forecasts, incorporate promotions and launches, lead monthly consensus meetings, analyze forecast accuracy and bias, produce reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI), and align Sales, Brand, Finance, and Supply Planning to document assumptions and mitigate risks.
