The Customer Liaison Executive supports GMA customers in customizing their vehicles, enhancing the customer journey, managing specifications, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Lead People & Culture for Gordon Murray Group, partnering with the CEO to build HR strategy, design organisation structures, embed culture and values, oversee HR operations (recruitment, reward, employee relations), drive change projects, and implement HR systems to support scaling across multiple entities.

Provide high-trust executive support to the Owners: manage diaries, inboxes, travel; prepare correspondence and board materials; coordinate leadership meetings, projects, VIP customer visits and events; handle confidential information; liaise with internal teams and external suppliers; represent the business at events and support occasional travel, evenings and weekends.
