The Customer Liaison Executive supports GMA customers in customizing their vehicles, enhancing the customer journey, managing specifications, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Lead strategic procurement and supplier management for electrical and electronic components, develop and operate VMI solutions, optimise inventory using ERP/MRP data, manage supplier performance, negotiate commercial agreements, mitigate supply risks and support engineering and manufacturing to ensure production continuity.

Manages supplier quality from supplier nomination and APQP through PPAP, production readiness, and ongoing performance. Responsibilities include supplier audits, capability assessments, FMEA participation, PPAP approval, inspection strategy review, nonconformance resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. The role supports automotive NPI projects, collaborates with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams, and requires travel to UK and overseas suppliers.
