Executes cost and purchasing agreement activities to ensure accurate financial and margin results. Maintains ERP cost factors, manages purchase order costs, resolves PO-to-invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and vendors, and supports vendor agreement implementation and audits. Collaborates with category management, sales, marketing, logistics, and vendor receivables teams while providing analysis for cost changes, cost models, bids, and margin improvement initiatives.

Manages sales and relationship development for restaurant customers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, researching market trends, developing sales strategies, conducting customer visits and business reviews, providing product training, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating visits, and communicating order updates. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain food safety certification.

Analyzes and maintains product cost factors, purchasing agreements, purchase orders, and vendor pricing data to support accurate margins and profitable growth. Resolves PO and invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and vendors, supports vendor and item setup, audits agreements, and provides analysis for cost changes, bids, marketing, sales, logistics, and category management. The role is hybrid, working four days in the office and one day remotely.
