Lead product marketing for assigned product lines: develop strategic marketing and pricing plans, conduct competitive and international market research, create sales tools and collateral, support product development and launches, train dealers, travel with sales teams, and represent the company at trade shows to grow market share and support sales.

Lead and manage the Warehouse Solutions sales team across the US and Canada, drive sales strategy and forecasting, coach direct reports, maintain customer and channel relationships, manage CRM and sales KPIs, support recruiting and onboarding, represent the company at industry events, and travel 25250% for customer/vendor engagements.

Process US weekly and bi-weekly payroll in Workday and Canadian payroll in ADP Teams Pay Canada. Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, reporting, benefits, leaves, retirement contributions, reconciliations, audits, and payroll configurations/integrations. Collaborate with Finance, HR and external partners to improve payroll processes and ensure compliance.

Manage and develop an Applications Engineering team to design electro-mechanical systems and custom integrations. Oversee CAD models/drawings, FEA, BOMs, ERP data, project planning, quality assurance, testing, cost projections, and cross-functional support to ensure timely, manufacturable, and customer-approved products.
