Provide front-desk support for the Enrollment Department: greet and assist visitors and prospective students, handle phone inquiries, maintain records and office supplies, perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, mailing), take minutes, support enrollment projects, and work some weekends as needed.

Lead Magnet School finance operations including cash management, month-end close, grant and state reporting, budgeting, audits, financial modeling, staff supervision, and board presentations while ensuring GAAP and CT SDE compliance.

The Assistant Professor of Natural Science teaches courses, develops curricula, assesses student performance, engages in professional development, and conducts scholarly work.

Maintain and monitor university and magnet school network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs), implement security controls, manage enterprise firewall rules, deploy campus Wi‑Fi/eduroam, support Tier 2/3 helpdesk, lead technical discussions, and ensure reliable network performance.
