Provides proactive academic advising and retention support to new and non-traditional undergraduate students in the School of Business, Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing. Responsibilities include academic planning, registration guidance, student record review, progress tracking, outreach, referrals to support services, reporting, and collaboration with faculty, program directors, and administrators. The role also supports special training projects, student communications, and advising process improvements.

Coordinates and oversees clinical education for an associate radiography program, including clinical site affiliations, student rotations, schedules, orientations, compliance documentation, evaluations, and accreditation standards. Maintains partnerships with healthcare facilities, supports JRCERT accreditation, manages radiography lab scheduling, and may teach one clinical or didactic course per semester.

Advises prospective and transfer students on academic programs, transfer policies, placement, degree options, and first-semester scheduling. Develops individualized academic plans, interprets university policies, coordinates with admissions, registrar, faculty, and program departments, and refers students to support services. Participates in team meetings and professional development while maintaining accurate, inclusive, and student-focused service. Requires some evening and Saturday availability.

Provides instructional design and pedagogical technology support for faculty and online programs. Develops online degree programs and course materials, evaluates learning technologies, monitors educational trends, and ensures compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts, writes instructional and multimedia scripts, supports online education guidelines, and promotes continuous improvement, student success, retention, and inclusive learning practices.

Lead Magnet School finance operations including cash management, month-end close, grant and state reporting, budgeting, audits, financial modeling, staff supervision, and board presentations while ensuring GAAP and CT SDE compliance.

Lead and manage the Practical Nursing program across two campuses, overseeing curriculum, accreditation compliance, faculty mentorship, clinical partnerships, student recruitment, and program evaluation to ensure student success and workforce alignment.
