Provide front-desk support for the Enrollment Department: greet and assist visitors and prospective students, handle phone inquiries, maintain records and office supplies, perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, mailing), take minutes, support enrollment projects, and work some weekends as needed.

The Assistant Vice President of Finance & Controller leads finance functions, oversees audit processes, manages budgets, ensures compliance with GAAP, and drives efficiency in operations. The role includes supervising teams, engaging with external stakeholders, analyzing financial trends, and overseeing financial reporting and operations for multiple entities.

Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Academic Advising and advising staff. Manage budgets, office operations, student inquiries, records/databases, meetings and events, and maintain confidentiality of student data. Complete special projects and support departmental teamwork and professional development.
