Manages billing, invoicing, receivables, purchasing, reimbursements, and participant support funds across workforce development funding streams. Ensures compliance with grant, contract, organizational, and regulatory requirements; maintains audit-ready documentation; reconciles financial and program data; tracks budgets and spending; prepares reports; and improves financial workflows and internal controls. Coordinates with Finance, program teams, vendors, funders, and partners to resolve discrepancies and support participant services.

Leads workforce training programs across licensed vocational school and workforce development operations. Supervises trainers and instructors, monitors enrollment, completion, credentials, employment, and retention outcomes, and drives continuous improvement. Aligns curricula with employer needs, labor market demand, academic standards, and regulatory requirements. Partners with employers and community organizations to create internships, apprenticeships, and placement opportunities. Oversees participant records, reporting, data integrity, audits, and compliance while coaching staff and promoting inclusive learning environments.

Lead Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region as CEO, driving strategic vision, operational and financial performance, revenue diversification, AEDI initiatives, board governance, community engagement, and oversight of retail and workforce development programs to advance mission and impact.
