Maintain shelf stock and department merchandising: place merchandise on sales floor, set up displays, rotate products, provide customer service, and keep a safe, clean shopping environment. Lift up to 30 pounds and follow store management direction.

Supervise retail supervisors and hourly staff, manage opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, hiring/onboarding, payroll and budget monitoring, store maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Lead Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region as CEO, driving strategic vision, operational and financial performance, revenue diversification, AEDI initiatives, board governance, community engagement, and oversight of retail and workforce development programs to advance mission and impact.
