Leads workforce training programs across licensed vocational school and workforce development operations. Supervises trainers and instructors, monitors enrollment, completion, credentials, employment, and retention outcomes, and drives continuous improvement. Aligns curricula with employer needs, labor market demand, academic standards, and regulatory requirements. Partners with employers and community organizations to create internships, apprenticeships, and placement opportunities. Oversees participant records, reporting, data integrity, audits, and compliance while coaching staff and promoting inclusive learning environments.

Stocks merchandise on sales floors, sets up displays, maintains department-level merchandising, rotates products, and helps ensure a safe, clean shopping environment. Provides customer service, follows management direction, attends scheduled shifts, and handles merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds. This full-time role has no supervisory, computer, mathematical, licensing, or certification requirements.
