Develop and maintain aerospace quality processes compliant with AS9100, FAA, and NADCAP standards. Conduct audits, inspections, root cause analyses, and corrective actions across manufacturing, suppliers, and final products. Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Serves as the front desk contact for the Opportunity Center and corporate headquarters, welcoming and directing visitors, staff, clients, and partners. Provides administrative support to the Mission Team through meeting coordination, documentation, data entry, communications, events, and special projects. Offers occasional program triage and administrative assistance to other departments, including meeting setup, filing, general office tasks, and after-hours support when needed.

Supports organizational training programs by managing calendars, events, logistics, credentialing and scholarship tracking, training records, databases, reports, materials, and stakeholder communications. Provides customer service to trainees and instructors, coordinates with Marketing, HR, and IT, and identifies opportunities to improve training operations. Requires administrative experience, Microsoft Office and LMS proficiency, strong organization, communication, and data accuracy skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
