Leads end-to-end operations for a portfolio of seven government grants totaling more than $8 million. Oversees grant budgeting, invoicing, drawdowns, financial reporting, compliance controls, audit readiness, indirect cost rates, data quality, CaseWorthy administration, BI reporting, and shared services with the parent organization. Supervises a team of five, manages funder and internal stakeholder relationships, supports strategic planning, and ensures grant billing, program reporting, records, and systems remain accurate and audit-ready.

Review grant program files against funder rules to ensure eligibility and documentation support billing and reporting; run data quality checks in CaseWorthy; manage time and effort certifications; support funder reporting, reconciliations, and audit file assembly; train and monitor program staff on compliance and data entry standards.

Record and reconcile grant transactions across seven awards, prepare journal entries, accruals, and cost allocations, own invoice-to-report reconciliations, maintain audit-ready files, support single-audit responses, record drawdowns and reconcile cash, and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 during month-end and year-end close.

Lead and manage an Employer Engagement team to build 100+ employer relationships, use labor market intelligence to align programs with employer demand, configure and maintain a monday.com CRM, drive placement pipelines and reporting, supervise 4–7 specialists, coordinate cross-functional program alignment, and ensure performance-driven job placement outcomes.
