Sort, inspect, clean, price, and prepare donated merchandise for the sales floor. Responsibilities include identifying saleable and e-commerce-suitable items, hanging clothing, routing unsaleable goods to the warehouse, meeting productivity and pricing accuracy goals, following procedures, and supporting vocational-service clients. The role requires routine material handling, visual quality assessment, arithmetic, teamwork, and standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Provide employer outreach, job development, and labor-market analysis to place veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness into livable‑wage jobs. Coordinate training partnerships, coach participants on job-readiness, track placements and retention, facilitate case conferencing with partners, and maintain HVRP records and reporting.

Review grant program files against funder rules to ensure eligibility and documentation support billing and reporting; run data quality checks in CaseWorthy; manage time and effort certifications; support funder reporting, reconciliations, and audit file assembly; train and monitor program staff on compliance and data entry standards.

Front-line intake specialist who greets clients, runs standardized coordinated entry assessments, prioritizes by need, routes clients to appropriate programs, records all contacts and eligibility documents in CaseWorthy, and follows up to ensure clean handoffs and audit-ready records.

Record and reconcile grant transactions across seven awards, prepare journal entries, accruals, and cost allocations, own invoice-to-report reconciliations, maintain audit-ready files, support single-audit responses, record drawdowns and reconcile cash, and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 during month-end and year-end close.
