Provide employer outreach, job development, and labor-market analysis to place veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness into livable‑wage jobs. Coordinate training partnerships, coach participants on job-readiness, track placements and retention, facilitate case conferencing with partners, and maintain HVRP records and reporting.

Sorts, cleans, and prices donated merchandise for the sales floor using standardized processes and pricing software. Identifies saleable vs unsaleable items, prepares clothing on hangers, places items for e-commerce as appropriate, and works with vocational clients. Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement support. Lead and manage an Employer Engagement team to build 100+ employer relationships, use labor market intelligence to align programs with employer demand, configure and maintain a monday.com CRM, drive placement pipelines and reporting, supervise 4–7 specialists, coordinate cross-functional program alignment, and ensure performance-driven job placement outcomes.

Identify saleable items, prepare clothing and merchandise, route unsaleable items to warehouse, work with vocational clients, meet productivity and sales-per-labor-hour goals, and follow store procedures.

Provide end-to-end enrollment and operational support for Career Technical Education programs: track applicants, manage communications, coordinate rooms and supplies, handle stipends and background processes, maintain accurate case records and data, generate reports, and support presentations and community outreach.
