Provide employer outreach, job development, and labor-market analysis to place veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness into livable‑wage jobs. Coordinate training partnerships, coach participants on job-readiness, track placements and retention, facilitate case conferencing with partners, and maintain HVRP records and reporting.

Sorts, cleans, and prices donated merchandise for the sales floor using standardized processes and pricing software. Identifies saleable vs unsaleable items, prepares clothing on hangers, places items for e-commerce as appropriate, and works with vocational clients. Meets productivity, accuracy, and sales-per-labor-hour goals while following company procedures and safety standards.

Deliver classroom and one-on-one employment readiness training, manage caseloads, coordinate with case managers and peer mentors, conduct job placement and follow-up, transport clients as needed, report progress and submit data, and represent the organization in community outreach and employer engagement.
