Provide employer outreach, job development, and labor-market analysis to place veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness into livable‑wage jobs. Coordinate training partnerships, coach participants on job-readiness, track placements and retention, facilitate case conferencing with partners, and maintain HVRP records and reporting.

Sorts, cleans, and prices donated merchandise for the sales floor using standardized processes and pricing software. Identifies saleable vs unsaleable items, prepares clothing on hangers, places items for e-commerce as appropriate, and works with vocational clients. Meets productivity, accuracy, and sales-per-labor-hour goals while following company procedures and safety standards.

Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement support. Manage AP/AR, payroll support, grant and program accounting, assist audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and support budgets and financial reporting for a nonprofit retail operation.
