Supervise eCommerce shipping and eBook operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, inventory maintenance, listing management, supply ordering, employee training, production monitoring, customer inquiries, and process improvement. Analyze marketplace and carrier reports, support revenue growth, coordinate with vendors and management, and open or close the department as scheduled.

Leads store operations when the store manager and assistant manager are absent, including opening and closing. Stocks and rotates merchandise, removes outdated items for salvage, and creates product displays that support sales. Requires a high school diploma or GED preferred, one to three years of related experience or training, some travel, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of criminal background and drug screenings.

Lead fundraising strategy, cultivate major donors and planned gifts, research and write grants, coordinate fundraising events, manage prospect systems, and support community outreach with the VP of Communications.
