Supports accounting operations, including reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, property and lease accounting, audits, internal controls, and records management. Assists the CFO with financial analysis, process improvement, regulatory compliance, asset management, and reporting to organizational leadership, the board, and governmental agencies. The role also helps maintain accounting procedures and coordinates activities across departments and external auditors.

Lead fundraising strategy, cultivate major donors and planned gifts, research and write grants, coordinate fundraising events, manage prospect systems, and support community outreach with the VP of Communications.
