Act as store leader in the manager's absence: open/close store, stock and merchandise displays, remove outdated items for salvage, follow store layouts and rotation schedules, and support daily store operations. Full-time role with occasional travel and driving requirements.

Serve as acting store leader when managers are absent; open and close store; stock and merchandise sales floor; remove outdated items for salvage; set up displays; maintain store operations. Full-time, on-site role.

Supervise and train grounds crews, ensure safe use and maintenance of equipment, oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance per contract specifications, monitor productivity and timesheets, maintain inventory and SDS, complete required reports, and fill in for absent employees.
