Leads enterprise strategic planning, strategy execution, portfolio governance, organizational transformation, performance management, and continuous improvement. Directs the project management office, oversees strategic initiatives, develops performance metrics and business intelligence methods, conducts research and scenario planning, and advises executive leadership and the board. Supervises research, analytics, and transformation teams while managing budgets, consultants, vendors, and stakeholder engagement. Occasional local travel is required.

Administers and optimizes HRMS modules, including Paylocity and DocuSign, while maintaining accurate employee records, configurations, integrations, reports, and compliance documentation. Provides HRMS training and support to managers, processes employment verifications, collaborates with Finance, IT, and Business Intelligence, and supports broader HR operations such as benefits, engagement activities, files, mail, supplies, and document distribution.

Processes and reconciles accounts payable transactions, posts entries to the general ledger, manages invoice workflows, prepares payments and reconciliations, handles vendor and 1099 inquiries, supports tax reporting, maintains purchasing card processes, and assists with accounting procedures and month-end close activities.

Lead and manage Goodwill Construction Skills Training programs and facility, supervise staff, ensure NCCER compliance, build partnerships with employers and instructors, use data to monitor outcomes and improve training, oversee budgets, and support participant intake and career continuum.
