Processes store returns for the after-retail market by sorting, baling, stacking, labeling, and weighing textiles, shoes, books, electronics, cardboard, and computer materials. Meets daily production goals, maintains production reports, uses PPE and processing equipment, keeps the work area clean and safe, and assists across salvage stations. Basic reading, writing, math, communication, and equipment-use skills are required; a high school diploma is preferred but not required.
