Supports the E-Commerce Manager with daily online sales operations, including merchandise sorting, research, listing, pricing, customer service, packing, shipping, local pickup preparation, and fulfillment. Assists with employee training, audits, supervision of E-Commerce Associates, jewelry processing, donation stewardship, and maintaining accurate records, deadlines, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
