Creates and manages accurate online product listings, including descriptions, measurements, condition details, categories, shipping methods, and search-optimized content. Meets daily listing targets, handles donated goods carefully, stages completed items, and maintains a safe, organized workspace. Requires strong attention to detail, internet navigation, typing accuracy, communication skills, and general knowledge of jewelry, collectibles, or electronics.

Leads Goodwill’s Centralized Job Center and supervises career services staff delivering coaching, training, job placement, and retention support. Oversees grant-funded programs, contract performance, reporting, budgets, compliance, staff development, community partnerships, employer engagement, outreach, and fundraising. Develops performance measures, improves service delivery, represents Goodwill in workforce committees and community events, and advances strategic program growth.

Build and manage employer partnerships that create employment opportunities for Goodwill participants. Responsibilities include employer prospecting, consultative workforce solutions, account management, hiring events, event logistics, budget tracking, CRM and dashboard maintenance, employer pipeline management, cross-functional coordination, and placement support. The role also develops engagement strategies, monitors outcomes, represents Goodwill at community events, and coordinates documentation for grant deliverables.

Leads organization-wide donation expansion and partnership initiatives across the Bay Area. Develops acquisition strategies, manages donation centers and bin placements, cultivates relationships with charities, schools, businesses, and property owners, oversees procurement and budgets, analyzes performance data, and coordinates logistics, maintenance, compliance, and cross-functional operations to increase donations and community impact.
