Provide one-on-one case management and employment skills training for justice-involved individuals reentering the community. Orient participants to agency policies, assess employment barriers, develop job search plans, refer to support services, document case records, build employer and community partnerships, conduct outreach/cold calls to employers, and travel locally to serve participants.

Manage fiscal compliance, reconciliation, billing, and financial analysis for assigned grants and programs. Prepare budgets, spending plans, monthly billings, audit documentation, and variance reports. Ensure grant-specific compliance, accurate timekeeping coding, HIPAA and CARF standards, and implement process improvements. Provide ad hoc reporting and support to leadership; travel in-state and out-of-state as needed.
