Full-charge bookkeeping for a multi-entity nonprofit: manage general ledger, month-end close, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, job costing, tax and audit support, fixed asset records, compliance, and 1099 tracking.

Provide light-touch case management and resource navigation to visitors, conduct outreach (including mobile outreach), assess and refer participants to services, maintain case documentation, build community partnerships, ensure compliance with policies, and support participant follow-up and crisis management.

Lead and manage organization-wide safety programs including audits, incident investigations, CARF/OSHA compliance, training delivery and tracking, PPE and documentation management, and coordination of emergency preparedness and accessibility remediation across multiple sites.
