Supports daily e-commerce operations by supervising listers, shippers, photographers, and customer service activities. Oversees product listings, pricing, inventory flow, photography, order fulfillment, sales reporting, and KPI analysis. Helps develop e-commerce strategy, troubleshoot platforms, resolve customer complaints, train team members, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Serves as manager on duty when needed.

Manages daily e-commerce operations, including online listings, pricing, inventory flow, shipping, customer service, sales reporting, budgeting, and loss prevention. Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates staff; coordinates merchandise sourcing with store teams; ensures equipment, safety, HIPAA, CARF, and organizational compliance. Maintains online sales quality and profitability while preparing reports and improving inventory-processing procedures.

Leads enterprise risk management, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, CARF accreditation readiness, emergency preparedness, and business continuity across a multi-site organization. Develops risk and compliance frameworks, oversees incident investigations and corrective actions, monitors safety and compliance trends, coordinates audits and accreditation surveys, and advises executive leadership. The role establishes accountability across departments, manages organizational controls, and supports continuous improvement while protecting employees, operations, and sensitive information.
