Conduct in-home and video Level of Care assessments for people on the Developmental Disabilities Waiver, provide case management, maintain records and billing, coordinate referrals and community resources, ensure HIPAA and program compliance, and travel statewide as needed.

Provides employment support to community clients, including resume development, interview and job-search training, job leads, applications, case documentation, follow-ups, and placement services. Builds employer partnerships, conducts outreach, analyzes job sites, maintains participant records, completes billing and reports, and ensures HIPAA and CARF compliance. Works with individuals with developmental disabilities and community agencies while traveling as needed to support caseloads.

Lists, researches, authenticates, photographs, describes, and prices donated products for online marketplaces. Tests product functionality, meets posting goals, manages inventory retrieval and storage, fulfills shipments, prepares labels, maintains records, and follows safety, confidentiality, loss prevention, and organizational procedures. The role also requires customer service, computer skills, visual merchandising knowledge, accurate writing, and the ability to work varied schedules while handling items up to 50 pounds.
