Manage day-to-day store operations to meet monthly and annual retail goals: merchandising, pricing, donations handling, staffing (hiring/training/retention), and resource utilization to increase sales and bottom-line contribution.

Receive, process, sort and display donated merchandise to meet production standards. Provide friendly customer service, lift and move items, stand for long periods, and perform routine physical tasks (reach, bend, stoop). Maintain store presentation and follow store procedures.

Assist in supervising store staff by training, motivating, delegating, and enforcing policies. Maintain sales floor and displays, deliver excellent donor/customer service, help meet sales and margin goals, operate cash register, lift and stand for long periods, and support daily store operations.

Sort and evaluate donated clothing and home decor for retail sale, properly categorize salvage, meet hourly productivity goals, and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods while using safe lifting techniques and working as part of a team.
