Processes donated merchandise by receiving, sorting, preparing, and displaying items in a Goodwill retail store. The role requires meeting production standards, providing friendly customer service, and safely handling items weighing up to 35 pounds. Associates must be able to stand for six to eight hours, reach, bend, stoop, solve problems efficiently, and reliably report to work.

Process, price, and receive donated goods to meet production standards (85–100 pieces/hour). Provide friendly customer service, handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending), and follow store policies and procedures.
