Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across the employee lifecycle. Leads IT team, aligns technology investments with business needs, drives application consolidation and modernization, manages vendors, ensures governance/security/compliance, delivers projects on time and on budget, and develops an AI/ML strategy to support retail, education, staffing, and e-commerce operations.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, training, compliance, and culture. Coach managers, coordinate development programs, handle sensitive issues, and promote diversity and inclusion while supporting operational HR needs across multiple Central Texas worksites.
