Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across the employee lifecycle. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR/payroll reports and analytics, assist with compliance (including TWC unemployment claims), and participate in HR projects and process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Welcome customers, operate the register, maintain a clean and stocked sales floor, assist with donation drop-offs and fitting rooms, promote the organizations mission, follow safety and security procedures, and provide friendly product support. Role requires lifting up to 35 lbs and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Support site manager in overseeing outlet, recycling, dock, fleet and warehouse operations; supervise 50+ hourly staff; manage budgets, safety/OSHA compliance, equipment maintenance, hiring/termination, staff development, and cross-department coordination to meet operational goals.
