Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across the employee lifecycle. Maintain employee records and HRIS data, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR/payroll reports and analytics, assist with compliance (including TWC unemployment claims), and participate in HR projects and process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Lead academic advising, graduation planning, and student coaching for adult learners; coordinate testing and data management; support scheduling and master schedule design; serve as campus testing coordinator and designated administrator in the Campus Director's absence; collaborate with staff to provide wraparound supports and ensure student progress toward graduation.

Welcome customers, operate the register, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, assist donors with drop-offs, follow safety procedures, promote donations, and support daily store operations.
