Lead rigorous mixed-methods research on social and behavioral drivers of decarbonization, designing experiments and quasi-experiments, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, partnering across teams and external partners, and translating findings for program and policy use.

Use large-scale public and proprietary datasets and AI/ML (including LLMs) to study attitudes, behavior, and political dynamics related to decarbonization. Design rigorous computational studies, develop and validate text- and behavior-analysis methods, produce reproducible workflows, collaborate with program teams, and translate findings into visualizations and recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Lead large-scale creator marketing campaigns across GoodPower's Creator Collective. Manage creators end-to-end from briefing to publication, negotiate content usage and coordinate with paid media, while tracking performance via Looker and other reporting tools. Build creator relationships, run community outreach, support RCT research, ensure compliance with platform and disclosure rules, and optimize SMS opt-ins and tracking for measurement.

The Director of Client Services will build and lead partnerships, oversee client lifecycle, ensure excellent campaign delivery, and communicate outcomes clearly, driving growth for GoodPower.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute data-driven lifecycle programs to transform supporters into lifelong climate champions, utilizing various digital channels and tools.
