Manage payroll, accounts payable, revenue recognition, nonprofit accounting, donations and inventory valuation, bank reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The role requires at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, including three years of payroll processing, nonprofit accounting expertise, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to analyze and communicate financial information.

Leads Good360’s corporate donor acquisition strategy, managing the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and executive engagement through negotiation, closing, and launch. Builds a pipeline of retailers, brands, and manufacturers; develops multi-year philanthropic partnerships; coordinates internal teams to establish repeatable donation flows; tracks business-development KPIs; and mentors junior staff. The role also develops sector growth plans, communicates product philanthropy’s value, and engages senior corporate stakeholders across sustainability, logistics, supply chain, and community-impact functions.

Supports Resource Development leaders through donor research, CRM and technology optimization, pipeline and performance analytics, budgeting, forecasting, presentations, donor communications, compliance tracking, and annual goal management. The role coordinates across fundraising, marketing, communications, and corporate donor teams while preparing reports, meeting materials, and strategic planning updates.
